Sydney's Bio

Sydney Lanham began her insurance career in personal lines, where she spent four years helping families protect their homes, cars, and everything in between. She now applies that same passion to the world of commercial insurance. Sydney has found her stride working in industries like construction and cannabis, fields that depend on strong communities and face unique challenges.

Whether she is guiding clients through smart insurance strategies or working on her next creative project, Sydney brings insight to everything she does. Her goal is to make insurance feel empowering because protecting what you’ve built should leave you feeling confident, not stressed.

Based in Kansas City, Sydney proudly collaborates with businesses across the country. She often jokes that her office is actually her RAV4. Outside the office, she is a natural creative. Sydney is always planning the next themed get-together with friends, developing her next baking experiment, or tinkering with a new side hustle idea. DIY projects are a team sport with her husband. Nothing says “till death do us part” like trying to assemble a dresser with a single Allen wrench.
