Our story begins in 1991 with a simple idea: give more than you take. That simple principle sparked a purpose that still drives POWERS® Insurance & Risk Management today. After a life-changing accident redirected his path, our founder, Pierce Powers, discovered his calling in helping others protect their futures. What started as his personal mission grew into a family legacy.
Today, three of his children lead one of the largest family-owned and operated independent agencies in the Midwest. With the POWERS Promise at our core, we challenge the status quo to bring clarity and protect the financial well-being of our clients, their employees, and families.
